The curatorial team practices both preventive and remedial conservation, like maintaining optimal temperature and humidity, and providing an acid- and pest-free environment for the mostly paper- based historic collections. 

   

校史館藏品大部分均屬質地脆弱的紙本文物。為妥善保存文物，展館團隊採取了多項預防及修復措施，包括控制環境濕度、消弭蟲害和使用無酸性物料儲存文物。
